The South Korean born Seungjun Lee was born in Seoul. Lee works on video. His work is inspired by stories he invents before bedtime, abstract imagery, and his dreams. As part of his work, he incorporates unconscious elements that convey a specific message. The message may be aligned with social criticism, while in other cases, it serves to evoke unfamiliar sensations. Films, experimental films, abstract paintings, novels, and single-channel videos are all examples of his focus on keeping the message intact throughout his work. His focus is directed towards creating films that collectively encompass these diverse elements.

Lee majored in TV & Video production and advertising & public relations at the Department of Dynamic Media / Interactive Media, College of Media and Communication, Konkuk University, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He has experience exhibiting the work “Human Totem” at the selected group show “Thinking MEDIA V” in 2022.
